Where psychometrics fit
I use psychometrics from Thomas International because they are reliable and valid. I'm a Master trainer in all the assessments and have used them extensively in Coaching and Workshops, since 2013. They also accelerate self-awareness.
Best use of psychometrics is not to label people, to help them understand:
