I’d already witnessed Be A Better You in training action when my colleague, Tricia, engaged Sharon and Nuala in October 2009. I was impressed with how they connected with the group and got them involved in determining what behaviours reflected their new brand. So when I was asked to put together a training session for another re-branded centre in Windsor, I went directly to Be A Better You.

Again, I was impressed with how they led the groups into understanding what their new brand stood for, what their new culture was, and how they facilitated hands-on activities to help the groups ‘build it’ themselves.

I’d recommend Be A Better You for any company that wants to actively engage their employees in delivering their brand and keeping the promise they make to their customers.
